1. Payments can be made by cash or cheque - we don't accept credit/debit cards
2. To secure your booking during busy times of the year a deposit may be requested. Cheques should be made payable to 'The Albynes'. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
3. Please note that single night stays are charged at a higher rate.
4.We reserve the right to re assign your booking to a similar Bed & Breakfast in the locality, in the event of incapacity of proprietors or loss of essential utility or service. We will make every effort to contact you prior to arrival, should this occur.
5. These terms & conditions are stated to inform guests that The Albynes is a family home and working farm, as well as a Bed & Breakfast and as such guests need to take personal responsibility for their care & personal safety.
